Maybe they needed the strollers? Like, they can't walk anymore? When I was a kid there was this dog in our neighborhood that had this little cart thing he wore strapped to his poor little backside, because his back legs didn't work anymore.

My wife has a small yappy type dog who she loves more than me. I don't appreciate that sentiment.

Of course, I'm fairly certain that she's never had him in a stroller.

The small yapping dogs are annoying but a person's choice in pet, but it's the putting them in strollers that makes me think humanity isn't worth saving.
