Regarding the "Couple you are most rooting for...." (and other section 3 categories)

As [livejournal.com profile] civ_barbarian and I have yet to actually...couple--is this a hint of what you'd like to see?

Because, otherwise, Peter and I could use rather a bit of help, and Jack and I are possibly the hottest thing you've ever seen, but, I would encourage the votes this way:

Canon couple: [livejournal.com profile] takezo_kensei and [livejournal.com profile] powered_otaku

Non-canon couple: [livejournal.com profile] takezo_kensei and [livejournal.com profile] onlysayinghello (though my headmate flails and argues with me that he and that Fifth Doctor person should win this. I tape his mouth shut. Clearly Jack and I win. I mean, he dug me out of my grave! Check us out here, here, here, and here)

Couple most rooting for: [livejournal.com profile] takezo_kensei and [livejournal.com profile] heroicpotential (we need your help. Or I do. He's being...stubborn. *pouts* I even offer proof)

But, please, do cast your votes wherever you see them for [livejournal.com profile] the_corsair and [livejournal.com profile] thisway_comes, (as a couple--not when that emo poet is up against me for something) because I need validation that I'm doing the right thing in leaving the oh-so-delectably-wicked lady alone. *sigh*

Also, as far as villains go? Please. Clearly, [livejournal.com profile] not_myfirstday and I take the cake on this one. None of the others even come close to our level of villainy. Or, well, heroism. However you see restarting the world.

Trust me, you really do want to see me rule the world. It'll be fun! Check out [livejournal.com profile] recreating_eden for references! See how much fun!

And for Most Diabolical? I offer you [livejournal.com profile] nota_fairytale for evidence on both mine and [livejournal.com profile] mortgaged_soul's diabolical natures.

ETA: Going back to the other categories? Please. NO ONE needs to ever want to see me and [livejournal.com profile] vote4nathan sex it up. Just, no. Even I'm not that twisted. So, remember that when voting. *nods*

ETA2: Favorite child muse! Vote for [livejournal.com profile] technoscope and [livejournal.com profile] mapquestgirl, because little heroes clearly need your support.

You say she's much more villianous but just what has she done? Destroyed worlds? Killed millions?

Billions, really. Helping me, of course. I'm sorry, but obviously I have to promote my partner-in-crime. And while I don't know you personally, I'm still convinced your other incarnation is a bit of an underachiever. Ten percent. Really?

[identity profile] youwillobey.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 09:27 pm (UTC)(link)
It's all about style.

You wouldn't catch me playing tinkerbell Jesus and tossing away my consequences with an intratemporal reset button.

[identity profile] changehistory.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 09:34 pm (UTC)(link)
Why not? Effectiveness is far more important than style. But playing savior afterward is terribly sweet. That is style. Taking everything away and making them love you after, not obey just out of fear.

[identity profile] changehistory.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 09:40 pm (UTC)(link)
The sixties were very good to me. But either way, I prefer worship to hatred. It's good to be a god.

[identity profile] youwillobey.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 09:45 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, it's fine for the first decade, I suppose. The first few decades. Half a century. But then it's all, "oh, Master, please give us more crops", "oh, Master, please bless my daughters with healthy children", "oh, Master, um, maybe not so many of our daughters and the sons are right out", "oh, Master, please save us from the daleks", blah blah blah blah blah. And they don't grow back once you've compressed their tissues, you know. You have to start all over again.

[identity profile] changehistory.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 09:48 pm (UTC)(link)
You poor, poor thing. Find the crown a bit too heavy, do you?

[identity profile] youwillobey.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 09:51 pm (UTC)(link)
Actually, funny story, I used to have a psi-controlled shape-shifting android to be the king for me while I wandered around, which was much more fun.

[identity profile] changehistory.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 09:53 pm (UTC)(link)
Lucky you? I have a shape shifting girl who'll shift into anyone I want her to be.

[identity profile] youwillobey.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 09:57 pm (UTC)(link)
It's always the women.

(In my own personal continuity, I should obviously be inhabiting the body of Lucy Saxon since thinkerbell Jesus has happened, but we shall just ignore the irony of that statement, yes? You will obey!)

[identity profile] icouldtellyouto.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 09:58 pm (UTC)(link)
It is always the women.

You should really rethink your strategy... Adam is far superior to you...

[identity profile] youwillobey.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:10 pm (UTC)(link)
My dear girl, I have been using hypnotism as tool for more than a thousand years and I can assure you that I'm not going to fall for such paltry shenanigans. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to rethink my strategy, Adam is far superior to ... HEY!!!

[identity profile] icouldtellyouto.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Honestly hypnotism is sort of antiquated, I actually affect your mind and trust me. It works.

You will vote for OnlySayingHello and Takezo-Kensei, because they are the hottest couple, and you should root for them too. Not-MyFirstDay is a bitch and a villain... I should be a write in for Most Diabolical.

Have a good day!

[identity profile] youwillobey.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:20 pm (UTC)(link)
You intrigue me, tiny elfin mind-controlling waif lady. How would you like to travel with me throughout time and space, bringing terror and exquisite sartorial fashion wherever you go? You could be my protege. I've conquered pretty much everywhere in the universe once or twice. (I tend to get bored with the actual ruling bit, but the conquering? Fun times!)

[identity profile] icouldtellyouto.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:33 pm (UTC)(link)
Aww, so nice of you to think so Adam. I think you have your hands full though, I saw the Couple You're Rooting for Categories... really... you should focus more. Maybe then you're plans for world domination wouldn't have gone up in Peter's hand... or maybe you were focused on Peter's hand elsewhere.

[identity profile] icouldtellyouto.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:22 pm (UTC)(link)
Sounds intriguing. I do get bored easily and after shooting myself in the head nothing seems to give me the same I need to wake up this morning feeling.

[identity profile] youwillobey.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:26 pm (UTC)(link)
I once had to blow up the ship I was still in to destroy a dalek fleet, partially restore myself using energies from a black hole, interact with a quasi-mystical Source, and steal a body to superimpose myself on -- and that's the very least of the wild and interesting ride you could be having!

[identity profile] changehistory.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:01 pm (UTC)(link)
Generally, yes.

(I don't obey very well at all.)

[identity profile] youwillobey.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:12 pm (UTC)(link)
A plague upon them. Ooh, well, that's more the Rani's thing than mine, but never let it be said that I won't steal ideas.

(I really should just leave Earth alone but apparently I never learn!)

[identity profile] changehistory.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:15 pm (UTC)(link)
I think it's one of mine, actually.

(You really should since I've claimed it as mine)

[identity profile] youwillobey.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:22 pm (UTC)(link)
As they say, even a broken clock is continuously right if you drop it into an event horizon.

(Was that a challenge?)

[identity profile] changehistory.livejournal.com 2008-01-11 10:24 pm (UTC)(link)
Do they say that or did you just make it up.
