Peter almost flinched when Adam stared at him, knowing exactly what he was staring at. He almost wanted to look away, annoyed at himself that he even had the scar to begin with. The story behind it was personal somewhat, something he didn’t share with most people. He shifted in his seat uneasily, letting his index finger lightly tap on top of the table as Adam took him in – made himself sure that Peter was real.
