Well, Nathan, welcome to the "we were just too awesome to be allowed to live" club.

We're working on t-shirts. There's lots of mocking the idiocy of the living. It's fun.

It's a pretty nice membership list, really. There's me, of course. Elle. Daphne. Eden. Candace. Isaac. Charles. Daniel. Niki. Bela. Technically Arthur keeps trying to get in on it, but I'm lobbying for him to be excluded on principle.

Mostly whiskey and snark and plans to take over the underworld, because, honestly, you should see how badly it's being run.

Bela'd be more likely to handle money than have a management position like VP.

Bela can be the treasurer then, if she likes. Adam seems to think they can still get money in the Underworld, given it's all crack anyway. *amused* And that they'd need it to overthrow folks.

Wow...Writers really do hate you, don't they?? I mean, I can't TECHNICALLY complain about Byron, Wes and Tara as I picked them up after they died? But still.

This season has been AWFUL. It really has. Every one of my shows has killed someone off. The only one that I've really been upset about though, is Kutner from House MD. Because that was just really unnecessary.

Yeah, it really, really was. I was just stunned and staring and had no idea that was coming or what to do with it when it happened. I think I've been pretty much numb since Adam, or jaded, or...something.

I don't mind character death in my shows. Usually. But when it doesn't serve the plot and is just used to get rid of a character -- that is a major turn off.

Yeah. It really seemed so pointless. And I get that suicide can be/often is, but, um, TV = escape from real life, not something I watch to have the pointless tragedy of real life brought home to me. I want there to be rhyme and reason to the tragedy or at least crackish reasoning on my tv shows.

Exactly! I understand that Kal asked to leave, but they could have done it another way. Hell, having him die tragically in a car accident would have been better than that.

Yeah, they really could have found other ways to handle it. And I even get the idea of House, the guy with answers, having issues that he doesn't HAVE the answers here--but the last few eps haven't done that much with it? So unless they blow me away with where they're going with it...
