I don't know that they did? But he had become a liability, and that is what they do to liabilities. And it would serve as a warning to keep her in line, if she was thinking of stepping out.

My father? Got along with everyone? Nakamura Kaito getting along with a bunch of gaijin? Perhaps in meeting when we're older we have a better idea of who we are and what we need to do.

For a while, yes. He did. And Hiro, you're not really older than they were. Nathan is, and Parkman, but the rest of you...no.

But perhaps that's something needed. Before, you were the only one with any age. Now there are others. *Waves his hand.* I know, they're not as old as you, but they still are older. That would make 3 older people. And we still have some of your original group left.
