This is just keyword "really?" but mostly it's another "you have to be kidding me" sort of "really?" Like, "honestly, that's what you're coming up with? this is your grand plan? that's what you fell for? you honestly think that? Really?" That sort of a "really."
Adam makes this face a lot.

Hehe. He is up to evil things with evil plans and you'll never know it was him or not. More than in the shadows, this is his hidden icon, his stranger on the roof, the danger you never see coming. It's a dark, dark icon, more than in color, right before he commits murder, and I really should use it more often.

I just recently uploaded this one, and it just...caught me. He's waiting, he's expectant, but he's not impatient and snarky. He still expects good things, and he has his pretty sword with him. The future is hopeful, or maybe he's telling a story, or he's waiting for good things. It's one of my sweetly wistful ones for him.

I believe the keywords for this one are "blushy" or "touched" and that's what I use it for. He's pleased, and he's a bit surprised to be pleased, so he gets all blushyish and turned away but with that sweet little smile. It's an unguarded moment, a chance where his mask drops a bit and he's just...pleased.

Keywords are "Kensei: Angry ronin -- why always me?" Hiro has dragged him off to tell him to get the fire scroll and the ronin are all running toward him and he just wants his bottle of sake. This hero business is clearly for the birds, so. Fuck that noise, y'know? But at the same time, he said he'd do it, so he has that look of resignation and trying to figure out how to do it exactly. It's generally his "how did I get into this?" sort of icon, even now.
Sylar

The friendship is broken, and they are at odds, sword to sword. It's the moment after the betrayal when they truly fall apart, and fight, and Hiro bests him--half, I believe, because he wants him to. Kensei has nothing to live for but his vengeance, and that is cold comfort.
On the cross side, sword fighting is v. phallic and sometimes it's my Kiro sex icon.

The keyword on this one is "fear me love me do as I say" for Peter. It's a very Jareth sort of moment, that look, and that really is a quote that fits him. The whole, "I ask for so little. Just fear me, love me, do as I say, and I will be your slave." It could be Adam's credo in love, and it sort of is for Peter, esp in that moment. He's about to hand Adam everything he wants, and part of that is wanting Peter. Getting his brave new world, I really think Adam would then have been happy to rebuild it with Peter's help, Peter's vision. He uses it now when he's still pushing Peter that way. VERY D/S, very intense. And that look just sums that up for me.

First off, this one's just really colored pretty. I tend to use it when he's waiting for something, or pulling back, putting distance between himself and who he's talking to, or what he's saying. It's a fairly neutral icon, but he is apart, he is alone, even as Peter comes toward him. He is waiting, as he always is, and that is highly symbolic for me.
